​Pig Roastin provides full-service, on-site BBQ catering, bringing our pig cookers directly to your event and preparing your meal fresh on location. We specialize in traditional pig roasts and BBQ favorites served buffet-style for weddings, parties, corporate events, and gatherings of all sizes.
How a Pig Roast Works
We arrive at your location approximately seven (7) hours prior to serving time with one of our pig cookers. The entire meal is prepared on site and served fresh to your guests.
  • A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date
  • Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received
  • All events are rain or shine​

Roasting Menu

Prices do not include 7% meal tax or gratuity
Minimum of 70 guests for Pig Roast | All other menu options require a minimum of 60 guests​
Pig Roast - $16.50 per person
We roast our pigs for 6–7 hours and drench them in our North Carolina-style BBQ sauce

Pork Shoulders - $14.00 per person
Slow roasted and drenched in the same BBQ sauce as our pigs

Chicken - $14.00 per person
Rubbed and seasoned with a tomato-based BBQ sauce

Rubbed with our secret rib rub and finished with a tomato-based BBQ sauce

Grilled Marinated Chicken & Steak Fajitas - $23.00 per person
